We have quite a track record of moving fast and creating a smooth transition. Part of that comes from being flexible, but a lot comes down to having the right toolkit. none of the examples below is mutually exclusive; if you need to get up and running quickly, we can set you up with an easy-to-use, fully branded web portal while we‘re spending time together working out the best longer-term targets. None of the work is wasted as the background systems are common to all of the approaches.
Integration with your enterprise system
This option lets you carry on working with the systems that your staff find most familiar. We offer an extensive library of robust and well-documented APIs, and our team is ready with tons of support and any custom calls you need to make.
Connections can be secured by various methods to suit you, including exchange of certificates, encrypted tokens or other security measures.

Web portals
This can be a permanent or a temporary solution, or you can opt for a hybrid approach that melds web access with other methods. However you decide to operate, your internal and customer-facing interfaces can be branded to suit you. The portals are protected by two-factor authentication and can take in any methods of verification you specify, including biometrics and proof-of-life video.
You’ll be able to give your customers instant access to the eKeyiD data vault, allowing them to upload and manage their onboarding documents or provide supporting documentation for their transactions, all of which can be made instantly available to your processing partners, saving you hours or even days of work.
Salesforce
We have a dedicated and experienced Salesforce integration team for the fastest possible implementation. If you already use this near-ubiquitous platform then you know it goes far beyond its CRM origins to deliver a fully featured working environment. This is a great option if you’re looking for an easy transition that allows your staff to work with a familiar interface that links directly with other functions.
Our Salesforce module can usually be added within a couple of days to your existing installation, or we can provide a turnkey solution that includes as many new user seats as you require.
Banking as a service
Banking as a service (BaaS) is a highly cost-effective and rapid way of modernising your systems and improving customer service.
We already interface seamlessly with many of the most popular BaaS platforms, but also work closely with specialist partners to create bespoke solutions, both for internal and customer-facing systems.
